- Reach level 4 Smithing.
- The first step to make a Raggy Wavy Blade is to create 2 copper pigs.
- Create a Raggy Wavy Blade.

Walkthrough[]
- Reach level 4 Smithing.
- Click on one of the nearby anvils and refine the two Copper Ores she gave you into 2 Copper Pigs.
- Now use the 2 Copper Pigs to make a Ragged Wavy Blade.
- Return to Irma and show her the pair of Ragged Wavy Blade.
- This ends the 4th lesson and you get your reward.
- Talk to her again and she will start your next lesson: Irma's Smithing Lessons: Smithing Repair Kits
