Guard Tutall secretly has a side job: he takes the body parts collected while on duty and makes unique jewelry out of them. He usually delivers these items to Trader's Refuge himself, but his officer is coming for an inspection today, so he must stay in Elk Meadow.

Take Tutall's creations to Vardah in the fortress called Traders Refuge, located in Traders Path.
